Pro Weld Meets WOSB Eligibility Requirements

Pro Weld’s President, Penny Oberlander is 51% owner and the manager. Mrs. Oberlander meets the U.S. citizen requirement, and business size limit. Pro Weld is classified as a “small” business for the industry (according to SBA’s size standards).

In order for a WOSB to be deemed “economically disadvantaged,” its owners must demonstrate economic disadvantage in accordance with the requirements set forth in the final rule.
